How can you price it without visiting?

We read your roof's real area from aerial data and size your walls from your home's type and details, then apply current coating rates. It's a genuine, accurate estimate — the final figure is confirmed at a free, no-obligation survey.

Is this just a roof clean?

No — it's a full renovation. We clear and treat the moss, replace any broken tiles, re-point the ridges, then prime and recoat the whole roof in your chosen colour. The clean is only the first step.

Is the coating guaranteed?

Yes. Both our roof and wall coatings carry a 10-year guarantee and a 25-year life expectancy, independently tested to international standards. Your free survey confirms the cover for your home.

Do I need to be on benefits to qualify?

No. Eligibility is based on your postcode being in our coverage area — not your income or benefits. If you own a house or bungalow in central or southern Scotland, you can get a price.
